One-on-One Personal Training

Work one-on-one with your own personal health coach. Your coach will design a personalised program that caters to all of your health goals and desires. Once the program is designed, we will not just hand it to you and say GO, we will guide you every step of the way as well as hold you accountable to completing it. Our team believes that success is found in the follow-through. Let's face it, we all have great intentions to follow-through on the tasks we believe are important but sometimes life just gets busy. Holding yourself accountable can sometimes feel like an impossible task, however, here at Evolve Health Studio you do not have to do it on your own. We care about you and your goals, just as much as we do about ours, because, our goal is to see you achieve yours.

 

Nutrition

It is not breaking news that nutrition serves as a vital part in you achieving your goals. In fact, we believe nutrition contributes to almost as much as 80% of your result and here at Evolve Health Studio, we do not believe in fads, diets or quick fixes, because what is the point of losing weight just to put it back on months or years later? We believe in creating a foundation of knowledge, flexibility, and understanding. Allowing you to create a lifestyle that works for you and then creating a nutrition plan to fit.

 

Semi-Private Training (Groups of 2-4)

Working-out with your partner, friends and family is a great way to have fun, boost your motivation and accountability, as well as bringing you together. Your semi-private session will be designed to move you closer to achieving your health goals, in a fun and supportive way!

 

Group Training

Come and exercise with a fun, motivating and supportive group of like-minded people. Joining our group training allows you to experience extra motivation, inspiration, and accountability from other members of our studio. All of our classes are technique focused, ensuring they are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. They are designed to challenge and improve you, not break you.

 

Workshops

At Evolve we believe education is one of the most important pillars to our clients long term success. Unlike many personal trainers and gyms on the Goldcoast, we make it our mission to share our knowledge with you, so that you know exactly what to do, how to do it and why to do it. What we have learnt is that the more you know and understand about health, the better success you will have in the future.

 

Classes


Boxing Class

Burn fat while improving your fitness, balance, hand-eye coordination and confidence. Our 50 minute Boxing class will have you working hard in a fun and motivating environment. The number one thing that our clients love about our boxing classes is the fact that at the end of the session they have had a great workout whilst also learning a new skill.

 

Body Weight Camp

Have fun whilst improving your fitness, strength and endurance. This 30 minute full body workout combines cardio, strength and coordination which will be both challenging, rewarding and transferable to everyday life.

 

Strength Class

In this 60 minute class you will build strength, improve posture and increase your body's ability to burn fat in a high-intensity circuit structure. Every week you will see changes to your strength, endurance and motivation. The best about this class is that you get to do it with a great bunch of people.

 

Abs, Glutes & Conditioning (AGC Class)

Have fun and train hard in this 30 minutes class called AGC! AGC is all about working out your Abs and Glutes whilst also improving your fitness.
