Foundation
You arrive carrying a list of things that did not stick before. This time, the work gets held.
In our opinion, the most important phase. Also the most challenging without the right support, the right structure, the right plan. You go from doing not much to a plan built around your life. It is new. It is not yet a habit. So we hold it. We make the call between sessions. We send the message. If you miss a session, we call. Get this part right and everything that follows is easier. Most members lose two to four kilos in their first five weeks. Some more. Some less. What matters more: by week five you are looking forward to training. You have more energy. You feel more confident every single week.

The best plan does not matter if you do not stick with it. Accountability is what we do. If you miss a class, we call. Every week we look at how you are tracking. If something is not working, we change it there and then. Not at the end.
