What we are
A results focused studio. Not a gym.
Most gyms in Burleigh fall into one of two categories. The big commercial gym for people who already know what they are doing. The group fitness gym for fit people who want to get fitter. Both have a place. Neither is built for the person who has never walked into a gym, or has not been in one for years.
Most gyms hand you a key card. Access to equipment. Access to classes. Whether you turn up. Whether you reach your goals. None of that is in their hands. Their model is to sign as many people up as possible, and quietly hope you do not come.
Evolve is built differently. We do not hand you a key card. We hand you an outcome. We sit down with you, set the goal together, build the plan that fits your life, and stay beside you until you get there.

How it works
We agree the goal in writing at your free 60-minute consultation. Time frame, milestones, and what following the plan means are all set together. So we both know exactly what we are working toward.

2024 · Mudgeeraba Special School
Just shy of nineteen thousand dollars.
At the end of 2024, our members raised close to nineteen thousand dollars to help build an undercover shelter at Mudgeeraba Special School. The fundraiser came from inside the room. Jeff, a school captain at Mudgeeraba, was training with us at the time. So were a handful of parents whose kids went there. The gym became the engine.
2022 · 100 km in 24 hours, for the Cancer Council
Just shy of thirteen thousand dollars.
In 2022, Luke and a member, Leticia, walked one hundred kilometres in twenty four hours for the Cancer Council. Together with the Evolve community behind them, they raised close to thirteen thousand dollars.
